Description
Unified Renewable Utilization Index (URUI) — network-wide renewable share blending RAN’s PR and Data Center’s REF. Formula: URUI = (Energy_RAN×PR + Energy_DC×REF) / (Energy_RAN + Energy_DC). Purpose: unified renewable penetration indicator.
