Description
Operational Carbon Intensity — total Scope 1+2 emissions per unit of IT energy delivered. Formula: OCI_DC = (Scope1 + Scope2) / IT_Energy; can be extended to include Scope 3 depending on boundary. Purpose: carbon per IT output.
