Description
End-to-End Network Energy Efficiency (E2E-NEE) — total data delivered across RAN/Core divided by combined energy consumption across RAN, Core, and Data Center. Formula: E2E-NEE = Total_Data (RAN/Core) / (Energy_RAN + Energy_Core + Energy_DC). Purpose: end-to-end energy efficiency.
