Description
End-of-Life Resource Efficiency — share of decommissioned mass processed sustainably adjusted for hazardous substance presence. Example: ELRE = Recycling Rate × (1 − Hazardous Substance Index_normalized). Purpose: capture net EoL outcome quality.
