Description
Renewable Energy Utilization Index — proportion of total RAN energy that is both renewable and effectively utilized under load. Formula: REUI_RAN = PR × (DVT/ECT) normalized to a baseline. Purpose: link renewable share (PR) with delivered efficiency.
