Network Water–Energy Balance Index
Description
Network Water–Energy Balance Index (NWEBI) — evaluates water usage relative to energy-normalized throughput. Example: NWEBI = (Total_Data / Total_Water) × (1 / Energy_per_bit_baseline). Purpose: balance water and energy efficiency at network scale.
