Effective Cooling Efficiency
Description
Effective Cooling Efficiency (ECE) — ratio of IT load energy attributable to cooling performance. One practical formulation: ECE = IT_Energy / Cooling_Energy, where Cooling_Energy ≈ (PUE − 1) × IT_Energy × share_cooling. Purpose: isolate cooling subsystem efficiency.
