Data Center Sustainability Factor (DCSF) — composite score aggregating normalized PUE, REF, ERF, CUE into a single index. Example: DCSF = w1×(1/PUE_norm) + w2×REF + w3×ERF + w4×(1/CUE_norm), with weights summing to 1. Purpose: holistic sustainability view.
